We’ll begin by exploring the values, experiences, and patterns that have shaped your path and the vision you’re working toward. For leaders, this may include identifying business challenges, cultural dynamics, or results from leadership assessments to ground our work in what matters most.

1:1 Coaching sessions
e’ll meet regularly to focus on what you want to strengthen—whether it’s clarity, confidence, communication, or strategic alignment. For organizational leaders, sessions often build on 360° feedback, stakeholder input, or team goals to translate insight into effective, sustainable action.

At the close of our engagement, we’ll reflect on progress and define what comes next. For individuals, that may mean continued accountability and new personal goals. For leaders or teams, it may include next-level development, culture-building, or sustaining momentum within the organization.

What training did you receive as a coach?
The Co-Active Training Institute is the world’s largest and most established professional coaching organization. In addition to coaches, it trains leaders and employees in Fortune 100 companies. I have completed 200 hours of Co-active training.which includes completing Co-active’s Coaching Certification program. I hold a CPCC credential from Co-Active.
What is co-active coaching?
Co-active means simply “being in action, together.” This method of coaching is designed to help you rediscover your purpose and create a life that fulfills your deepest self. The coach’s role is to help you trust your inner voice, get out of your comfort zone, and gain perspective on your life’s journey.
How is life and Career coaching different from therapy?
Most therapy modalities work to understand the underlying causes that can affect our mental health. Coaching is more forward-looking. While past experiences certainly come up, a co-active coach helps you take charge of your future.
What kind of homework and/or practices do you assign?
Homework is designed to put what is learned during our sessions into practice in your real life.
