My coaching style is calm, curious, and guided by fierce compassion. This sometimes means speaking the hard truths that may be difficult in the moment to hear. I provide a safe place to help you identify your values, clarify what you really want, and step more deeply toward the life you desire.

I am a soul explorer who uncovers a person’s true essence and inspires them to embrace their own brilliance.
With over 25 years of corporate experience, I’ve led teams at multi-billion dollar companies, such as Target, Athleta, and Gap. I also helped launch Epic Sky, a brand marketplace that incubated and launched girl-led entrepreneurial ventures.
As a leader, I discovered that my true passion lies in encouraging others to step into their full potential. I find it deeply fulfilling helping others realize their dreams and pursue their goals. This, ultimately, led me to become a coach.
I am a curious and perpetual learner.
At Boston College, I got a BA in Philosophy and Political Science and learned the importance of deep friendships and community.
At Northwestern University, I received an MBA at their Kellogg School of Management. I discovered how to create and implement ideas on teams and found ways to move forward even in the midst of dissonance.
In 2017, I completed a 4 year training program called PsychoEnergetics (PSEN). PSEN is an in-depth practitioner training program in mind-body approaches to depth work and process facilitation. Through PSEN, I was also introduced to the power of meditation in my life and have integrated teaching and leading meditations into the work that I do and the teams that I lead.
In 2023, I completed my coaches training program and certification at Co-Active Training Institute and received CPCC certification. In addition, I am ACC certified through the International Coaching Federation.
Today, it is a privilege to guide people like you through the dynamic work of coaching.
